Select this for calm, relaxation, tranquility, and day dreaming — or when waking up. You either go up or come down from here. You need to let it work, settle into your bones. Turn it up on good speakers to a loud volume at which you’d enjoy your favorite music. The more bass you can feel, the more solid of a connection you’ll make with the beats and rhythm.
